Slicing the loaves, while very convenient, does significantly alter the shelf life! We’ve found that these loaves are best eaten within 3-4 days. If you plan on it hanging out longer, freeze half to eat later! Its a white, pully, simple sourdough with a little yeast added to keep it light and fluffy. We’re sending it to you in loaf pan form, sliced and ready for action.
